PR1000 Assembly Video
Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym assembly.
This video is intended to be a supplement to the assembly manual provided with your product. Please be sure to read your assembly manual thoroughly as it contains important safety warnings and assembly tips before beginning assembly. Please open all boxes to confirm that all parts necessary are present.
Step 1: Attach the lower lat tower to the base assembly.
Insert upper hardware first to secure the tower step to attach the seat to the seat slider.
Step 2: Apply the rubber pad to the upper end of the seat rail.
Step 3: Attach the leg extension to the leg extension tube.
Do not unwrap the cable from the pulley until the machine is fully assembled.
Step 4: Attach the seat rail to the leg extension.
Step 5: Attach the seat rail to the frame assembly.
Secure it with a securing knob.
Step 6: Attach the top crossbar to the upper lat tower.
Do not unwrap the cable from the pulley until the machine is fully assembled.
Step 7: Slide the media trays onto the upper lat tower.
Step 7a: Attach the upper lap tower assembly to the frame assembly.
Step 8: Apply the cable clip to the back of the lat tower.
Be sure to use the cable clip when the cables are not in use.
Step 9: Attach the rod pack to the lat tower.
Step 9a: Attach the rod pack holder.
Step 10: Attach the chess bar to the frame assembly.
Do not unwrap the cable from the pulley until the machine is fully assembled.
Step 11: Insert the roller tubes through the leg extension.
Step 11a: Slide the foam rollers onto the roller tubes.
Step 11b: Attach the tube end plugs.
Step 12: Insert the bench into the seat slider and then pivot on to the seat rail.
Be sure the end of the bench sets firmly into the hinge on the seat slider.
Step 13: Unwrap the cables and pulleys.
